Malayalam movie Angadi released on 18th April 1980 with late actor Jayan in the lead role. Malayalam movie Angadi was a blockbuster and it became a milestone in Jayan and IV Sasi’s career. Angadi broke all the collection record in Malayalam cinema and it was continually running in many theaters for hundred days including the c class in rural areas.
